Customers wanted the ability to purchase, and learn about, crypto but Stash did not offer either. 67% of Stashers surveyed were interested in crypto investing and those who wanted crypto were forced to turn to competitors. However, we had to answer a few key questions before we could design a solution. Those questions included: Who will be Stash’s core crypto customer? Why would customers come to Stash for crypto, as opposed to another platform? And what do customers want to know about before investing in crypto?
